A Bird Dog can expect to make a fee ranging from
$500 to $5,000 or more per property depending on several
factors including the amount of renovation and the renovated
market value of the property.

When is my fee paid?
The Bird Dog fee is paid when ProfitableProperty purchases
the property at closing.

How long does the process
take?
After the property has been identified and the information
has been forwarded, the time frame depends on the seller
of the property. ProfitableProperty can settle property
within 10 days after the contract has been ratified.
